He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Anna Bourque, Eleanor VanAckeren (Steffes), Edwin and Ruth VanAckeren; his aunts, Mary Ann Hess (Larry), Louise Bourque and Jean Bourque; his uncle Joseph Bourque (Barbara); and his stepfather Robert F. Lute II.
He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Lute (VanAckeren) of Ogallala and Dr. Adrian Bourque (Mary) of Wausau, WI; his siblings, Rick Bourque (Kathy) of Ogallala and Michelle Geiger (Kevan) of Brule; and his uncles, Jerry VanAckeren (Diane) of Bradenton, FL and Ronald Bourque of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
