He was predeceased by: his siblings, John and Grace Amber. He is survived by: his spouses, Marilyn Kay Davies and Karen; his siblings, Noel, Norman, Keith, Joanne Bond and Carol Susie Johansen; and his children, Katherine Coen, Janice Roth (Robert), Diane Niemeyer (Neil), David Silliman (Shannon), Damon Slye (Sarah) and Angelique Griepp (Troy). He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces, nephews.
