He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Halley (Liz); his children, Cheryl Smith, Dean Halley and Colleen Saunders; and his stepchildren, Matthew Reiley, Sean Reiley and Samantha Kumm. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
