She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Welch and Emma Welch; her sisters, Nellie Mae Longley and Frances Prim; her husband Ramon Fuller; her sons, Richard (Peggy) and William; her granddaughter Tami; her great grandchildren, Jessica and Cory; and her great great grandchildren, Clara, Helen and Jack.

She also was a ham radio operator, Lane Memorial Blood Bank Donor (100 donations), member of Evangeline Chapter and Meridian Chapter.
