It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Ellsworth Stater (Eugene, Oregon), who passed away on April 9, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Mark (Keely) of West Hartford, CT, Emily Duerfeldt (Adam) of Camas, WA and Bill (Fatima) of Eugene; his grandchildren, Jake Duerfeldt, Caitlin Duerfeldt of Camas, WA, Caleb Stater, Noah Stater of Eugene, Sam Stater and Annabelle Stater of West Hartford; and his siblings, William (Barbara) of Eugene, Glenna Stater (Bill Bohnaker) of Portland and Sharon Stater of Eugene. He is also survived by husband of 49 years; father, grandpa, brother and friend.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Gracelen Terrace or the would be most appreciated.
