She is survived by: her parents, Elerick Noble Fordham and Thelma Elaine Peake; her spouse Kenneth Opager; and her daughters, Julie Perry (Matt) of Logan, UT and Kathy Trout (Bill) of Springfield, OR. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
