He is survived by: his parents, George Brooke and June Brooke (Chamberlin); his wife Therese; his son Christopher; his brother Jeff; his aunt Janet; and his sisters-in-law, Kim (Linda), Mary Lou (Ed), Julie (Victor), Dan (Darlene), Rose, Aggie, Carrie (Michael), Peggy, Matt (Pam) and Tom (Jeanne). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and very good friends.

In lieu of flowers, Doug would have appreciated donations to Oregon Public Broadcasting.
