She was predeceased by: her parent Ray McCullough; and her daughter Susan Lynn Millard. She is survived by: her parent Hazel McCullough; her spouses, Jim Millard and James Millard (Jim); and her daughters, Deanna Lashway (Lee) of Eugene, Oregon, Sheila Ulrath (Gary) of Bridgman, Michigan and Sandra Brown (Kevin) of Harrisburg, Oregon. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren (McKenna Parker, Erin Lashway, Emily Spiewak, Kayla Gomez, Colin Ulrath, and Rebecca Brown), and 1 great grandchild.
