He is survived by: his wife Donna Cummings; his son Chad (Sandy Cummings); his grandchildren, Tyler (Allie Anderson) and Lindsay (Keith Boeshans); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Rylee and Emmitt; and his siblings, Wanda Downes and Terry Cummings.
