She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Zimmer and Viola Zimmer (Morrill); her former husband Albert "Bert" Welton; her husband Albert Dexter Welton III; and her daughter Carol Ann Welton of Eugene, OR. She was also cherished by her four sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, ASPCA or St Jude Children's Hospital.
