He was predeceased by: his brother Dale. He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Johnson and Irma Johnson; his wife Chere; his sons, Douglas (Marjorie) of Boston, MA., Wayne (Andrea), Eugene and Brian (Dorene) of Glendale, AZ; and his siblings, Donna Brewer and Dean.
