He is survived by: his wife Linda Crook of Eugene, Oregon; his siblings, Jack Cornish Jr. of Bryan, Texas and Georgiann; his brother-in-law Tom Dockery of Colchester, Vermont; his nephew Thomas Dockery Jr. of Peoria, Arizona; his siblings-in-law, Laura Crook of Scappoose, Oregon, Brenda Luciano of Maynard, Massachusetts and Brian Crook of Bellingham, Washington; and his pets, Linnet, Bounce and Tuppence. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
