He is survived by: his children, Kerry of Eugene, Kipp (Cyndi) of Austin, TX, Laurie Dickerson of Fort Portal, Uganda, Tim Leatham of Federal Way, WA and Lisa Leatham (Scott) of Eugene. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great greatgrandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and his many friends.
