Tom W. Smith Sr. Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Smith and Martha Smith (Klein); his wife Janice Williams (Hoskinson); his children, Carol Chapman (Roger), Tom Smith, Jr. and Albert Smith (Micki); and his sisters, Rita Adamson of California, Arlene Long and Marlene Wheat of California. He was also cherished by 7 nieces and nephews, 12 great nieces and nephews, 1 great great niece, 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.

Tom died due to complications of Covid pneumonia at Legacy Mt. Hood surrounded by family via Zoom, he went peacefully.
