He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Byerly and Frances Byerly; and his sister Carole Harriston. He is survived by: his pet Bailey; his wife Katie; his daughter Courtney; his son-in-law Adam Madison; his siblings-in-law, Anne Rehart, Melissa Morison and William Morison; his nieces, Michelle Salinas, KiRe Klettke, Meri Klettke and Alexia Jardine; and his great-nieces, Elizabeth Salinas, AJ Weisser and Paprika Klettke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude, Shriners Children's Hospitals, or Wounded Warriors.
