He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Herbert and Mary Emily Herbert; his wife Betty; his siblings, Leighton, John Herbert and Evelyn Aronson; and his half-sisters, Merle Purkerson, Mildred Judson and Della Starr.
He is survived by: his former spouse Falcon; and his children, Dewey, Buehler Bros, Clifford Herbert (Kari), Rodney Herbert of Noti and Judy Fuller (Paul) of Elmira. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
