Teresa Joann Higley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2022, at the age of 66, Teresa Joann Higley of Elgin, Oregon, born in La Grande, Oregon passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Teresa Joann Higley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Rysdam and Betty Rysdam (Hayes); her brother Delbert "Deb" Rysdam; and her nephew Jeff Rysdam. She is survived by: her husband Gene Higley of Elgin; her daughter Gina; her son-in-law Justin Walsh (Jamie Higley Christman) of Battle Ground, WA; and her sister Tammi Rysdam of Elgin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Elgin High School Athletic Complex, P.O. Box 68, Elgin, Oregon, 97827, to help resurface the high school football field, a project that her nephew, Jeff, was passionate about completing.
