It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Lee Olsen of Elgin, Oregon, born in Pendleton, Oregon, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Olsen and Winnie Olsen (Morse); and his siblings, Rodney Dee Olsen and Billie Jean Olsen. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Needham; his sons, Michael Olsen (Susan Wood) of Iowa and Geoffrey Olsen (Stacia) of St. Cloud, MN; his stepson Mikel Hicks (Jamie) of La Grande, OR; and his sisters, Bonnie Roberts of Walla Walla, WA, Terrie Lapp (Tom) of Pendleton, OR and Durinda Mann (Ron) of Kennewick, WA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
