She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Scott and Ethel Scott (Halsey) of Elgin, Oregon.; her sister Rosalie Winter; her daughter Kari DeLint; and her granddaughter Katie Helman.
She is survived by: her former spouse Terry Helman of LaGrande; her husband Miles Thompson; her children, Darin Helman and Kristi Helman; her stepson Miles Thompson (Mick); her siblings, Anita Wilson (Jeffrey) and Harlan Scott; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Helman, Logan Hagey, Connor Hagey, Shaun Roland (Lucy), Evann Brown and Eiann DeLint. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
