She is survived by: her former husband William Spivey; her husband James Kem (Ruhle); her sister Cherime MacFarlane of Wasilla, Alaska.; her children, Teri Ann Stearns (Pete) of Elgin, Bill Harmon (Denise) of Baker City and Westly Harmon (Claudine) of Elgin, Oregon.; and her stepchildren, Christie Irving of St George, Nancy Bourne, Vallarie Harmon of McCall, Jade Harmon of Weiser and Gladys Ann Harmon of Donnelly, Idaho..
