With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Grant Carper of Elgin, Oregon, born in Enterprise, Oregon, who passed away on March 23, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carper and Gladys Carper (Roby); and his brother Charles Carper. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Darlene Miller of Union, OR; his children, Wesley Carper (Michele) of Sedro-Woolley, WA, Darlene Read (Dale) of La Grande, OR, Leota Green (Chuck) of North Bonneville, WA, Michelle Bedard (Jared) of Enterprise, OR and Layne Carper (Jaime); and his sisters, Barbara Altmiller of Orofino, ID, Audrey Williams of San Francisco, CA and Charlotte Phillips of Boise, ID. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Attendees must wear a mask at both locations and practice social distancing to meet COVID-19 guidelines.
