She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Strong and Mildred Strong (Thompson); her husband Ray Wilhelm; her daughter Becky Roberson; and her siblings, Merrill Strong and Beverly Kirkwood.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Moore (Kenny) and Randy Wilhelm of Elgin, OR; her brothers, Myron Strong (Martina) of Springfield, OR and Allen Strong (Debbie) of Salem, OR; and her grandchildren, Cardenas, Heath Wilhelm, Shone Teel, Tasha Roberson, Hilary Wilhelm, Luci Scott and Kashel Cambell. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; many adopted family members, step-grandchildren, nieces' nephews, and a best friend.
