He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Burgess and Evelyn Louise Willis (Davis); his sister Jean Willis; and his grandson Skylar Willis. He is survived by: his children, David Willis of California, Robert Willis (Rena) of Costa Rica, Kimberly Willis of California and Alicia Burnett Willis of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Damien Willis, Kayla Willis, Owen Willis, Sophia Burnett and Chloe Burnett.
