She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kendrick and Lena Graves; her husband Dale Spikes; her son Daniel Duncan; her grandson Chad Nelson; her great grandchild Matthew Dewar; and her stepson Galen Spikes.
She is survived by: her former husband Bob Duncan; her children, Kathryn Brown, Steven, Ray, Tony, Randy, Stacy, Janice Daniels (Greg) and Margaret Nelson (Tory); her grandchild Paige; her daughter-in-law Sue Duncan; her grandsons-in-law, David and Rob; her stepson Bob Spikes; and her stepgrandson Travis. She is also survived by step-granddaughter, (Brandi); 23 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
