He is survived by: his daughter Feeling; his wife Judy; and his children, Jeff (Kim Root), Roy (Suzanna Johnson), Steve (Cheri Root) and Kristina Root of Beaverton, Oregon. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and his first great-grandchild.
