He is survived by: his wife Laurie Gardner; his children, Christy Price (Andy), Sherrell Sears (Scott), Debbie Gardner, Karry Walters (Josh) and Sam Gardner, Jr.; his brother Paul Gardner; and his grandchildren, Johnnie, Michael, Shawne, Terra, Gage, Cody, Matthew, Kailey and Kendal. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
