He was predeceased by: his sisters, Evelyn, Dorothy and Betty. He is survived by: his wives, Tavern and Ruth; and his children, Christine Baxter (Mark) of Corvallis, Catherine Dollahite (Marc) of Woodburn, James Cutz (Val) of Dundee, David Cutz (Sharon) of Salem and Terri Cutz of Portland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
