She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Orr and Thelma G. Orr (Keeney); her husband Douglas W. Perini; and her brother Everett Orr. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Perini (Heidi) of Cottage Grove, OR, Blaine Perini (Aimee) of Cottage Grove, OR and Cody Perini (Hope) of Lacey, WA; her siblings, Sandra Gilbert of Eugene, OR, Charlotte Kaleese of Drain, OR, Julie Orr of Drain, OR and Eddie Orr of Drain, OR; and her grandchildren, Alexia, Wyatt, Temperance, Scotlyn, Gwenevere, Zayden and Nichole.
