He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Bivans and Lois Bivans (Pahl); his wife Teresa; and his daughters, Wendy DeLong of Eugene, OR, Kelly Black, Tracy Jonk of Curtin, OR and Trina Nash of Drain, OR. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
