He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Joan Eells; his parents, John and Delores; and his sister Patricia Ann Yehl. He is survived by: his siblings, John, Delores Manley (White) and Donna Raye Shirey of Olean, NY; and his children, Donald D. (Debbie Manley), Linda Pacos of Ft Worth, TX, Sue (Dave Viebrock) and Lorna (Rodney Douglas).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests remembrances to be made to The Life Flight Network or charity of their choice.
