She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Stone (Johnson) and Howard McCurdy. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Hebert; and her children, Dianna Turner, Dawnna Forbes, John Hebert, David Hebert and Joann Seitz. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
