He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Alonzo and Katherine Luella Butler (Lemmel); and his sisters, Luella Urquiaga and Ramona Butler. He is survived by: his wife LaVerda Butler; and his daughters, Cindy Houk (Jim), Tina Meyerhoffer, Sandy Pond, Tammy Gould-Helms (John), LeAnn Keyser (David) and Candy Scranton. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
