He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John McWhirter and Marie McWhirter; his pet Bella; his children, Nicole Clark (Trent) and Doug McWhirter (Venessa); his grandchildren, Nicholas Engelfried, Kaitlyn McWhirter and Dylan Depas; his siblings, Roger McWhirter, Ronnie McWhirter and Diana Mason; his wife Janie Kizziah; and his grandson Charley Engelfried.
