He is survived by: his wife Joan Hennings; his sister Marjorie Strong; his daughters, Lisa Scherf (Jim Mitchell) and Linda Scherf (Tim Gardner); and his grandchildren, Ben Gardner, Corey Namba, Natalie Namba and Will Gardner. He is also survived by his loving wife and daughters, along with numerous family members and friends.
