He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ellen'Sylvia'Dean Wilson. He is survived by: his father Chester Ben Harper (Patricia); his wife Nancy Harper; his children, Amanda Lemke, Jonathan Harper (Tara) and Mary Harper; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Lemke, Jasper Paulk, Jacob Rogers and Jocelyn Rogers; his stepfather Robert Allen; and his siblings, Carla Christensen (Patrick), Ben Harper (Colleen) and Linda Harper. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
