With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tessibelle Amy Williams of Dallas, Oregon, born in Freeman, South Dakota, who passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Louis B. Williams; her daughter Irene Stice; and her granddaughter Cindy Race. She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Paxson and Susan Hammer. She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
