With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Whitlow of Dallas, Oregon, who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Whitlow and Dorothy Whitlow. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Todd Whitlow (Wendy); his granddaughter Zoe; and his brother Ellis Whitlow (Debbie).
Memorial contributions may be made to Willamette Valley Hospice or the Dallas Food Bank in care of Dallas Mortuary Tribute Center who is caring for the family.
