He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth. He is survived by: his parents, Sidney A. and Vesta F. Harper (Dodge); and his children, Vince of Seattle, WA and Angie of Salem, OR..

There will be no services at his request, instead donations can be made in his memory to the animal shelter of one's choice.
