She is survived by: her children, Chris Bellamy (Ronda), Debi Evans (Jim) and Teri Bellamy (Ken Ragsdale); and her sister Kate Johnson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, 1 nephew and 1 great niece.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
