He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Anne Smith (Cooksey); his former spouse Jenean Marie Wick; and his siblings, Robert Smith, Charles Smith, Russell Smith and Theresa Landers.
He is survived by: his wife Patti (Price); his daughters, Arwen Melissa Wolf (Jason) of Dallas, OR and Erin Michelle Miotke (Geoffery) of Salem, OR; his stepson Erik Dawson Iness (Nichole); his siblings, John Smith (Juli) of Salem, OR, Martin Smith (Tara) of Salem, OR, Janet Crafts of Burns, OR, Joyce Smith-Gonzalez of Salem, OR, Ella Smith of Salem, OR and Cathy Smith-Callison of Newport, OR.; and his grandchildren, Jenean Marie Randall, Kyle William Randall and Riley Jessica Wolf. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
