With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremiah Dean Townsend (Dallas, Oregon), who passed away on June 28, 2018 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack Townsend, Roberta Townsend, Vern Severson and Gretta Severson; his sister Sara Townsend; and also, Aunts Fern Lewis and Sherry Hicks.

He is survived by: his child Lexi; his parents, Jack Townsend and Tracy Jerstad; his sister Brittany Townsend; his significant other Ronnie Glenn; and his children, Alexis Stinnett and Liam Townsend. He is also survived by nephews and many cousins.
