She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benjamin Ruggles and Pearl Ruggles; her husband Angelo Stephenson; her daughters, Caroline Trine (Craig) and Anne Chappelle (Rick); her sister Elsie Rice; and her grandchildren, Joe Siemiller, Tina Breden, Andrew Trine, Barbara Quiroz, Josh Trine, Julie Graves, Tia Trine, Heidi Locke and Olivia Taliaferro. She was also cherished by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dallas Food Bank or the DAV- Disabled American Veterans in care of Dallas Mortuary Tribute Center who is caring for the family.
