He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward McGraw and Bess McGraw; his wife Jean Chapman; his son Jay (Cindy); his sister Mary Jane Small; his grandchildren, Bailey, Mackenzie, Lacey and Wyatt; his great grandchild Callahan; and his children, James Jr. and Joy.
