He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Tracy Fredrickson of Washington, Priscilla Sweitz (J. R.) of Otis and Trisha Butler of Lincoln City, Oregon; his siblings, Dennis Sears (Jan) of Springfield, Alden Sears (Debbie) of Dallas, Oregon and Ellen Stauffer of Lebanon, Oregon; his siblings-in-law, Charles Butler (Sally) of Siletz, Reginald Butler Sr. (Lillie) of Siletz, Oregon, Sylvia Butler of Neotsu and Nancy Simmons of Siletz, Oregon; his grandchildren, Kayla Fredrickson, Tyler Fredrickson of Las Vegas, Jacob Fredrickson, Dylan Fredrickson of Washington, Savanna, Shahayla Butler of Lincoln City, Connor and Logan Sweitz of Otis, Oregon; and his great grandchild Patrick Erwin Jr. of Las Vegas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
