He is survived by: his significant other Carol; his children, Doug of Scottsdale, AZ, Dave of Albany, OR and Debbie of Beaverton, OR.; his grandchildren, Amber, Amanda, Hannah, Levi, Kyle, Naomi, Amy and Sophia; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Joshua, Lyle and Corbin.
