He is survived by: his spouses, Jeanne Bartel (Siddall) and Charlene Scriven; his children, Sheri Bartel Tonn (Jeff Tonn), Lavon Bartel (David Struck) and Mark Allen Bartel (Christine Banko); his stepdaughter Judi Rainwater; his grandchildren, Alex Bartel and Kristian Bartel; his stepgrandchildren, Scott Rainwater, Melinda Collums, Angie Jacobs and Raquel Robbins; his brother Allen R. Bartel; his stepson Jim Rainwater (Betty); his former wife Charlene; and also Wenatchee.
In lieu of flowers any remembrance may be donated to Salt Creek Baptist Church or Providence Hospice of the Gorge in The Dalles OR.
