He is survived by: his wife Lorene Garren; his sisters, Ruth Williams of Monmouth and Alice Jean Patton of Salem; his children, Christine Scheetz (Ronald) of Portland and Jeffrey Garren (Julie) of Sandy Oregon; and his grandson Steven Garren (Denise) of Salem.
