He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fraser and Ina Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Diane Scribner; his children, Megan Ely (Brad) and Andrew Fraser (Bailie); his grandchildren, Kye, Ryker and Haddie Ely; and his siblings, Deborah Fraser Helsell (Pete) and Douglas Fraser (Holly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
