She is survived by: her parents, James Howard and Glorene Howard (Hostetler); her child Nana; her husband Daniel; her children, Amy of Portland, Melinda Kolb (Florian) of Jena, Germany, Daniel of Anchorage, Mark, Heather and Nigel; her grandchildren, Eleanor Kolb of Jena and Johann Kolb of Jena; and her siblings, Beth Matile of Milwaukie, Jenny Lucich (Rod) of Oregon City, Lauri Conway (David) of Ridgefield, James Howard (Jeanne) of Oregon City, John Howard and Erin Bourke of Portland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many beloved family members and friends.
Cheryl's family suggests that donations in her memory be made to Providence Milwaukie Hospice Fund.
