He is survived by: his son Ezra Dimick of Salem, OR; his parents, Jarrod Miller and Nancy Miller of Monmouth, OR; his sister Breanna Miller (Jackson Strubel) of Salem, OR; his half-brother Matthew (Catina Schmidling) of Independence, OR; his grandparents, Patty Erwin of North Bend, OR, Joy and Mark Nast of Gold Beach, OR; his aunts and uncles, Matt Parkhurst, Mike, Sandee Erwin of Salem, OR and Cheryl Anglin of White Salmon, WA; and his cousins, Melanie (Anglin), Chris Waterbury of Portland, OR, John and Tara Anglin.
